WHAT WE OFFER
Head hunting, selections and recruitment
Our main sourcing tool is LinkedIn, but we use other tools as well to find the most suitabile candidates. We are working closely to complete the puzzle by locating the best candidates for the job profiles received.
SHORT LIST
Our consultants will present a list of 3 most qualified candidates per position.
In order for the proposed position to be filled, company's database will be used and a ranking of candidates will be produced until the positions are filled.
HR INTERVIEWS
Interviews are were the magic happens. We offer to the identified candidates the most relevant information about the company, role and involvements on any potential project. We will analyze their level of motivation for making a carreer upgrade, identify their skills, which technologies they use, their past experience, salary expectation and notice period.
REPORTING
HR Technology will send progress reports in electronic format. The report will include description of the activities provided until reporting date and updated information on all candidates involved in the process.
